Phil Turpin

OwnerPhil has been in the flooring business for over 30 years and has done everything from installation to sales. Phil loves seeing his customers happy with the final results of their new flooring and seeing their dream home come true. Phil is involved on a personal level with his customers as evidenced by the fact that he has had the same phone number for 30 years.

Dillon Crocker

EstimatorDillion is one of the estimators at Phil’s Fine Flooring. He estimates the entire project design, creates takeoffs, reads blueprints, and determines pricing. He enjoys working with his amazing team, helping in the warehouse or picking up products for sales reps. He's a hard worker, can multitask, and take great pride in his work. Dillion says that working here leaves him happy at the end of the day, knowing his customers are very satisfied and love their finished look. He loves riding his dirt bike, fishing, or golfing with his family, girlfriend, and friends.

Cindy Bringhurst

Accounting/Office managerCindy is the accounting and office manager at Phil's Fine Flooring and she loves the challenges of accounting and being part of a great team. She has been working hard in the flooring business for over 15 years and brings a lot of expertise to her job.

Mandy Bringhurst

Estimator/Office assistantMandy estimates jobs and helps out with everyday tasks in the office. She enjoys learning new things everyday and being a part of the team. She's a quick learner and good with computers. Customers like that Mandy is friendly and is always willing to help. She has an associates degree in Business.

Ember Pearson

Interior designEmber has several years experience in the flooring industry. An expertise in tile and stone led to a career in interior design. Aside from starting her own company, she’s collaborated on several parade homes, custom homes and commercial projects. Ember thrives with the ability to take a vision and make it happen. When she’s not working, Ember likes to sing, bike, golf and spend time with her dog and her family.

Nick Berry

SalesAs a salesman for Phil's Fine Flooring, Nick loves the challenge of making people happy while helping them improve their homes and businesses. He has been in the flooring business for over 30 years and has also spent some time installing. His hands-on experience allows him to better serve his customers. He knows what a floor needs just by looking at it. Nick likes to spend time with family and friends and loves to help people whenever he can.

Spencer Turpin

Estimating/SalesSpencer works in sales and manages projects. He likes being a part of a great team where everyone helps each other. His best qualities that make him good at his job is that he is ambitious and efficient. Customers like that he takes care of their needs and they know that he will make sure that the job gets done right.

John Bringhurst

Estimator/Blind specialistJohn has been in the construction business for 30+ years doing anything from framing houses to utility work. He has been in the flooring/window covering industry for 7 years doing bidding, estimating for jobs, and blind installation. When he’s not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and going camping/four wheeling.

She’s willing to help wherever she can. She really enjoys playing golf, softball, bowling and playing poker. She also loves spending time with her two daughters and her sweet grandbaby girl.
